We aim to process all orders within 2 – 3 business days. We are unable to ship or deliver on weekends or public holidays.
We will contact you should there be any queries/unforeseen delays with your order.
Please check your order thoroughly on receipt. If an item is damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt, with a photo showing the damage/packaging.
We hope you are pleased with your delivery, but If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 days and get a full refund (excluding postage). Either in person at Cottage Garden Centre, or by post.
PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS UNTIL WE HAVE RECEIVED THE GOODS BACK IN THE GARDEN CENTRE.
Any item returned for refund must be in its original undamaged packaging, in an unused condition, undamaged and in a fully saleable condition. Along with the original receipt. We are unable to offer a refund without the original receipt.
Please be assured, all our products are fully checked before dispatch to ensure they are not faulty/damaged when leaving us.
However, please contact us if you do find a fault or damage once receiving your items.
If you are returning a product please do contact us first, and if returning we advise using a tracked postal service to ensure we receive it.
